Important Notes

• The application will take around 14 working days for processing.

1. Please read the “Multi-Purpose (Black Box Theatre) – Rental Price List“, “Multi-Purpose (Black Box Theatre) – House Rules” before completing this application form. Upon submitting this “Venue Application Form”, the applicant agrees to accept and shall be taken as having agreed to and accepted the terms contained in the “House Rules” and “Regulation of Venue Decoration”.
2. All application must be applied and submitted by applicant and must be confirmed in writing by TWGHs TungPo before it can be completed.
3. All information provided in the application form must accurately reflect the nature of the event, otherwise, TWGHs TungPo may reserve the right to terminate the event. Measured will be taken on expected consequences caused.
4. TWGHs TungPo reserves the final decision to accept or reject the venue application.
5. The approval process for “Kitty Woo Stadium” takes time. If applicants wish to apply for “Kitty Woo Stadium”, “Multi-Purpose Hall (Black Box Theatre)”, and/or “General Facilities” for the same event, it is recommended that applicants first submit “Kitty Woo Stadium” and “Multi-Purpose Hall (Black Box Theatre)” Venue Application Form to facilitate the approval process.
6. After the application is approved, the applicant can reserve a free guided visit to TungPo, limited to one hour. TungPo will charge an administrative fee of HK$500/hour for additional site visit services. (Please note: some facilities may not be accessible due to operating conditions, such as events and maintenance. Please check with the staff before making a reservation.)

8. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the provisions in the application terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
