About TungPo
TWGHs New Flagship Youth Project
TWGHs places great importance on youth services and actively aligns with the government’s “Youth Development Blueprint”. “TungPo” is our flagship youth development project, connecting with the government’s “Energizing Kowloon East” development blueprint to transform East Kowloon into an outstanding core area. “TungPo” will provide youth with excellent venue facilities and a variety of recreational and cultural activities, establishing it as a new hub for youth across Hong Kong.
The facilities at “TungPo” are diverse, covering an area of 10,090 square meters and spanning four floors. It includes various types of venue facilities, TWGHs K B Tam & W K Li The Bamboo Hostel, TungPo Cafe, Image Pro, and a shared workspace called The Grand Oasis for freelancers and young entrepreneurs that promotes cross-disciplinary and cross-sector collaboration. Additionally, we are planning various activities with local and overseas partners, allowing youth to gain local experience and broaden their international perspectives, fostering cultural exchange and creating diverse opportunities for youth to showcase their talents.
Milestone
TWGHs TungPo provides youth with comprehensive venue facilities and diversified recreational and cultural activities. It also hopes to promote the holistic development of youth through the three major aspects of art and culture, digital and innovative technology, and sports and healthy living, making TungPo a new destination for youth in Hong Kong.
