After receiving your application, we will notify you the result within 7 days via email. Successful applicants would receive a quotation and/or invoice. Payment must be made within 14 days from the date of quotation and/or invoice. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation without notice.
2A. For cheque payments, please make a crossed cheque payable to “Tung Wah Group of Hospitals” and mail it with a copy of the “Quotation/Invoice” to TungPo Hostel, 2 Tsat Po Street, San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon.
2B. For cash or bank transfer payments, please transfer the confirmed amount to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited account and email a copy of the pay advice slip and the "Quotation/Invoice" to hostel@tungpo.org.hk. Bank Code: 012 SWIFT BIC: BKCHHKHHXXX Account Code: 012-875-002-76777
Hostel closed - reschedule or request full/partial refund
Hostel closed - stay in safe location until warning is lifted. No refund is allowed
If any guest violates any provision of the hostel rules, they will be held fully responsible and liable for any damages, including but not limited to additional administrative fees and cleaning costs. The hostel also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of any services or facilities to the guest and require them to vacate the premises. If necessary, the hostel may terminate the guest's membership (if applicable) and their rights to access the hostel's facilities. Any membership fees and other expenses already paid by the guest, including accommodation fees, will not be refunded.
TungPo Hostel reserves the right to revise all terms and conditions. Any changes to the hostel rules and guidelines will be implemented without prior notice.
